Lisa Vorce is a world-renowned celebrity event planner, receiving accolades from Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Over the Moon, Brides, BizBash, Martha Stewart and more. She founded Lisa Vorce CO (LVCO) in 2000 and produced her first event in 2001. With a depth of experience and a unique perspective on creating one-of-a-kind events that feel deeply personal and imaginative, Lisa has been recognized for her unmatched ability to design and produce flawless celebrations for discerning individuals. As both founder and creative director, she has masterfully produced some of the most iconic celebrations, including the weddings of John Legend & Chrissy Teigen, and Olivia Culpo & Christian McCaffrey. Her work is often featured in Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, People, Martha Stewart Weddings, InStyle, Geraldine and Town & Country, as well as in myriad online outlets.  Lisa is also a speaker and headliner at conferences around the world, including WPPI, Engaged! and DWP.

Growing up with a large, extended family hailing from Italy, Germany, Mexico and Spain, Lisa was immersed in vibrant celebrations at an early age. Her born and bred affinity for hosting was complemented by studies in Rhetoric at UC Berkeley, and with a career in tech programming for Fortune 500s. These skill sets laid the foundation for LVCO — a now world-renowned full-service event planning studio that continues to push the boundaries of excellence to this day. Her travels and events throughout the world - from Italy to St. Barts to Vietnam - further fuel Lisa’s creative work, providing her with the opportunity to marry distinct cultural aesthetics with inventive design. Lisa’s discretion and confidentiality underscore her devotion to realizing clients’ wishes and dreams. It is the greatest privilege that Lisa has become a trusted partner for her clients, lending support for their other milestone celebrations in the years after their wedding — from executive-level gatherings to birthday celebrations, anniversary parties and baby showers. Lisa carefully curates the types and (limited) number of events each year so that she is able to design every LVCO celebration and give each client individualized attention.

Lisa’s effervescent spirit continues to grow with each new endeavour, nurtured by the love (and culinary creations) of her husband James. On the off-chance that she has down time, she loves to tend to their garden, bake using ingredients from the garden, and hang out with her beloved dogs, Lola and Odie.

Gina Miccio is LVCO’s Executive Director and co-owner. She holds an undergraduate degree in International Relations from Stanford University, and was a Dean’s Fellow at UCLA’s Graduate School of Education & Information Studies. Gina cultivated her business development skills early on as she rose through the ranks in startup tech before making the transition to the world of global nonprofits. Gina packed her suitcase and headed to Morocco where she taught before returning to the United States to continue teaching and curriculum design with corporations and NGOs. Ultimately, Gina couldn’t pass up the opportunity to join forces with Lisa at LVCO. 

With Gina at the helm alongside Lisa, LVCO has refined its business operations and thoughtfully expanded brand visibility and strategic reach—all while preserving the company’s deeply personalized approach and enduring value to clients. Gina’s international perspective and collaborative spirit open doors to meaningful partnerships in new destinations and with diverse creative teams worldwide. Her fluency in languages—both spoken and digital—positions her as a trusted partner to hoteliers, artisans, and collaborators across the globe, further strengthening LVCO’s far-reaching and deeply rooted network.

Gina is fortunate to be able to divide her time amongst the people she loves most! (Lisa happens to be her beloved, baby sister!) When she’s not at a destination with Lisa, she enjoys hiking, pilates, exploring new restaurants with her family, and hanging out at home with her Great Pyrenees, Apollo.
